Binary Options Trading

Binary options trading is a relatively new way to trade on both the stock markets and forex markets worldwide. They offer a low cost, quick way to participate in the financial markets with high returns over the short term and are traded by both professional traders and amateurs.  First traded in Europe, they were approved for listing in the US market by the SEC in 2008 and quickly became extremely popular.

Binary Options Trading is investment trading in its simplest form.  The trader has to predict whether the value of the asset at expiry will be higher or lower than the current price. The main advantages are that they have their expiration period every hour, only have two fixed outcomes – you either win a fixed return or lose your investment – plus they  pay the highest yield of all fixed return short term investments.

Binary options trading can be risky though and requires some preparation and an effective trading strategy.
